Read-a-thon... the starting line!

I've gotten a late start to today's readathon, but am now going with gusto!  My planned reading pile has been oh-so-carefully selected (*rolls eyes*).  as you can see, it has grown since my first planned list.

  • Fire Study by Maria V. Snyder - 441 pages - My if-all-else-fails!read.  LOVE this series
  • Strange Angels by Lili St. Crow - 307 pages - Started this as part of the New Authors mini-challenge, and have really enjoyed it so far!
  • Flat Earth News by Nick Davies - 397 pages - I have read a chapter of this, and it is amazing.  A must for anyone who wants to know who is actually in control of what you read!
  • Tithe by Holly Black - 320 pages - Part of the New Authors mini-challenge.
  • The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan - 310 pages - Also part of the mini-challenge.
  • Perfect Chemistry by Simone Elkeles - 357 pages - This is supposed to be brilliant!
  • Science in Public: Communication, Culture, and Credibility by Jane Gregory - 304 pages

And tea! Which is a must for me, at all times... especially reading.

  2. Those look like some great books!

    This cheer is so cheesy,
    you'll get a little queasy,
    but reading will be breezy!
